I'm not one to post Akon news, but I found this hilarious!

Akon Concert Goes Awry


This was the accompanying story...

TMZ has learned that several people -- including a drummer -- were injured while setting up for an Akon concert at Emory University in Atlanta.

According to several eyewitnesses, about an hour ago, crews were working about to set up lights on the stage for tonight's Fall Band Party starring Akon -- when they heard the canopy crack and fell, causing the left side of the stage to collapse. Akon was not in the area at the time.

...yada yada yada....

What made this story funny was one of the comments left by an Akon enthusiast.





It was at a 8 and went to a 12 with this flick...
